Internal tools, customer portals, APIs, and workflow systems built against your operating model. Source delivered to your repository.
B2B IT consultancy · Texas
Strom Digital LLC designs and delivers production systems for U.S. businesses. Engagements are scoped, invoiced by milestone, and delivered electronically — repositories, cloud environments, and documentation. Not a storefront, not a course platform, not a payment agent for third parties.

The firm
Strom Digital LLC is a member-managed Texas limited liability company. Jessica Lynn Strom is the Managing Member and registered agent.
We work with U.S. business clients on custom software, cloud architecture, and digital infrastructure. Deliverables are electronic: source code, configuration, cloud resources in the client account, and documentation. We do not sell physical goods, consumer courses, or cryptocurrency services, and we do not collect or settle funds on behalf of other merchants.
Contact
Effective date: September 25, 2026. These Terms govern professional services offered by Strom Digital LLC, a Texas limited liability company with its registered office at 27223 Rio Pass, Boerne, TX 78015 (“Strom Digital,” “we,” “us”).
Strom Digital is a B2B information-technology consultancy. We provide custom software engineering, cloud architecture, digital infrastructure, and related advisory services to business clients in the United States. We are not an online store, marketplace, coaching school, payment facilitator, money-services business, or cryptocurrency platform. We do not sell goods of third parties and we do not collect or settle card payments on behalf of other merchants.
A website inquiry is a request for information, not a binding order. A paid engagement begins only when both parties accept a written statement of work (SOW) or invoice that states scope, fees, and delivery artifacts. Card or ACH charges occur after delivery of a defined milestone or upon acceptance of an invoice, as specified in the SOW.
The client must provide a corporate email address, timely access to the systems that the work requires, and a person authorized to accept deliverables. Delays caused by missing access, missing content, or client indecision extend delivery dates by the same number of business days.
Published package prices are starting engagements, not an offer of automatic recurring billing. Infrastructure Partner capacity is invoiced for work performed in a billing month and may be declined before the next invoice. We do not run consumer subscription checkouts on this website. Taxes, if applicable, appear on the invoice.
Upon payment in full of the invoice that covers a deliverable, Strom Digital assigns to the client the work product created specifically for that client under the SOW, excluding pre-existing tools, libraries, and generic methods. Until payment, title and license remain with Strom Digital.
Services may not be used to build or operate unlawful systems, unlicensed money transmission, sanctioned activity, or deceptive consumer schemes. We may decline or end an engagement that would require us to misrepresent facts to a bank, processor, or regulator.
Professional services are provided with reasonable commercial care. Except as required by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the three months before the claim.
Strom Digital acts as an independent contractor. Nothing in an engagement creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue is the state or federal courts sitting in Texas.

Effective date: September 25, 2026. Strom Digital LLC (“we”) explains here how we handle information collected through this website and during a professional engagement.

From the inquiry form: name, corporate email address, and project-scope text. During an engagement we may receive business contact details, repository or cloud account identifiers, and documents the client chooses to share. We do not request consumer card data on this website.
We use inquiry data to respond to the request, prepare a scope, perform contracted work, invoice, and meet tax and recordkeeping duties. We do not sell personal information and we do not use inquiry data for third-party advertising.
Website form submissions are transmitted to Web3Forms so that the message reaches our mailbox. Hosting may be provided by Vercel or a successor static host. Cloud and repository providers used for delivery are selected in the SOW and are typically the client’s own accounts.
This site sets a single local preference when you accept the cookie notice. We do not run advertising pixels or cross-site tracking cookies.
Inquiry records are kept as long as needed to handle the request and for ordinary business and tax retention, generally up to seven years for paid engagements.
You may email us to access, correct, or delete inquiry data that is not required for legal retention. California and other U.S. state privacy rights, where they apply to a B2B contact record, can be exercised at the same address.
Transport to this site is encrypted (SSL/TLS). We serve U.S. business clients; if you write to us from outside the United States you understand that we process the message in the United States.
The site is intended for business decision-makers. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If this policy changes in a material way we will update the effective date on this page.
Effective date: September 25, 2026. This policy applies to professional-service engagements with Strom Digital LLC.
The client may cancel a new SOW in writing (email is enough) within fourteen (14) calendar days after acceptance, if substantial performance has not begun. “Substantial performance” means we have already produced a material draft, committed cloud or repository changes, or spent more than four hours of scheduled work on that SOW. A timely cancellation before substantial performance receives a full refund of any amount already collected for that SOW.
Fees for completed and accepted milestones are earned and non-refundable. If the client cancels after substantial performance but before a milestone is finished, we invoice reasonable time and materials for work already performed, not to exceed the milestone fee, and refund any unused prepaid balance. We do not charge cancellation penalties above work actually performed.
Infrastructure Partner capacity is not a consumer card subscription. It is invoiced for a billed month of work. The client may decline the next month by written notice before that month begins. The current month’s earned fees are not refunded after work for that month has been performed.
Unless an SOW says otherwise, we collect payment after electronic delivery of the milestone, not before kickoff. Delivery windows for a scoped package are typically three to ten business days after we have the access we need.
Write to contact@stromdigital.com with the SOW or invoice number. We respond within three business days and complete an approved refund to the original payment method within fourteen days after approval.
Effective date: September 25, 2026. All Strom Digital LLC deliverables are electronic. We do not ship physical media, hardware, or printed binders as part of a standard engagement.
For Architecture Review and Delivery Sprint packages, electronic handoff typically occurs three to ten business days after kickoff access is granted. Larger programs follow the milestone dates in the SOW. “Delivered” means the client has been sent a repository link, cloud console access, or a document package that a reasonably skilled technical contact can open.
There is no warehouse, SKU, or carrier tracking. If a processor or bank asks for a shipping method, the correct description is electronic delivery / digital goods and professional services delivered by cloud or Git repository.
Once access has been granted to the client-controlled repository or cloud account, the artifacts are in the client’s environment. If an invitation expires unused, we re-issue it at no charge for thirty days after first delivery. We are not responsible for the client’s later deletion of their own repositories or cloud projects.
GitHub, cloud vendors, and similar platforms are not subcontracted payment agents. They are tools used to host work product. Platform fees charged by those vendors to the client are the client’s responsibility.
